Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. We take pride in our products to make sure our customers are getting the best quality. If you notice you’ve made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately after ordering. If you receive your package and notice we’ve made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. In the rare instance where this might occur please be aware that we will ONLY accept hair that hasn’t been worn, altered in any way, combed, unraveled, and all tags and seals must be attached.
